The solar energy company Sunseeker Energy Holding AG has entered into an expanded Memorandum of Understanding with its new strategic partner Nations Roof LLC.Further to their initial plan to cooperate on distribution and installation of Sunseeker solar units, the two parties plan to establish a manufacturing center located in the United States. The Sunseeker Energy – Nations Roof partnership gives Sunseeker access to the U.S. commercial and industrial solar market, working with a well established and highly respected partner, with an extensive national network.
